Our Speakers Share Their Experience at NODE 2017
Last week, on September 16 3D-Ace team took part in NODE – one of the most known and respected conferences in Ukraine for game developers and CG artists.
This year the conference was focused on the latest trends in 3D and 2D art and animation for games, novelties in game development world and on such emerging and exciting technologies as VR, AR and MR. The conference was organized by Kharkiv 3DMaya courses. Program-Ace, our parent company, was one of the partners of this event, along with Snapchat and Plarium.
3D-Ace took part in this inspiring event both as attendees and as speakers. Our colleagues Yuri Sysoyev and Rodion Baskakov shared their experience in game design and game development as speakers.
Rodion is a game designer at 3D-Ace, and he was talking about the major mistakes novice game designers make in their work and how to avoid them. Yuri works as a product manager at 3D-Ace. His speech was related to meta-gameplay and the role it plays in game design.
One of our Hololens developers Evgeniy Ferafontov together with our COO Igor Grachev were demonstrating the Microsoft Hololens, the capabilities of this device, and some of the apps and demos developed by Program-Ace. 3D-Ace as a CG and art division of Program-Ace was fully responsible for the graphics in these apps.
Thanks everybody for coming and for your interesting questions. We look forward to seeing you next year!
